Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refunds will not be provided for:
1. Customized or made-to-order silk garments
2. Minor color or design variations
3. Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper care

Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos. Upon verification, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original
payment method.

- Any applicable taxes or duties are borne by the customer.
